He is one of the key persons of the company. He is an M Tech from IIT. He has a vast experience of over 20 years. Mr Vijay Sharma started his career with Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. Throughout his career with OIC he was a part of the technical & underwriting team. After taking VRS from OIC he joined Iffco Tokio General Insurance Co. Ltd. He was the prime force in developing ITGI in Mumbai. He was heading the Mumbai Operations of ITGI at the time he resigned.
Ms. Nisha D. Shah ( Principal Officer & Director )
With a rich experience of 25 years in insurance industry, She had achieved a new height in her career by building a big professional team under her as a development officer in Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd. She is well versed with domain knowledge, sales techniques and team handling skills. In Goodfaith, She is passionate about growth & development. Her area of expertise includes Underwriting, Insurance portfolios servicing and Marketing Strategy.
Mr Rajiv S Mehta ( Director )
He is the promoter member of the organization. A young and dynamic individual professionally qualified as Chartered Accountant. With half a decade experience in marketing insurance product coupled with the professional experience, he is positioned as director with all grit and dynamism.
Ms. Toral Shah ( Vice President )
A young professional with over 12 years of experience in Mergers & Acquisitions, Taxation, Audits, and Underwriting in the Insurance sector.
Prior to joining Goodfaith, she worked with M/s. Bansi Mehta & Co., Ernst & Young, and ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company.
Having acquired a technical qualification from the Insurance Institute of India (Associate of III) and with her experience at ICICI Lombard, she is capable of advising clients on risk management, negotiating with insurance companies, and ensuring prompt claim settlements across various insurance domains.
